Previously, Mr. Bhamre was Senior Vice President at Kineticom, Inc., where he helped diversify the firm's client base from seven companies to over 50. He helped develop a global talent initiative, attracting scores of international high tech workers to the U.S..
Before Kineticom, Mr. Bhamre served as Director of Technology Innovation at Robert Half International. During 10 years there, he led major initiatives that would dramatically improve the company’s impact; he helped develop the first websites enabling candidates to search and register for jobs online, and he helped automate the matching of candidates to job opportunities—for which he was granted a U.S. patent for his intellectual leadership.
